BOOKINGS AND ARRIVAL

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is scheduled from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (or according to specific agreements).
Check-out must be completed by 9:30 AM on the day of departure to allow for the sanitization of the rooms.

Is it possible to check in at different times?

Yes, but please inform us in advance. We will do our best to organize and welcome you as well as possible, even outside of standard hours.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. To confirm a booking, a deposit is usually required.

APARTMENTS AND SERVICES

Are the apartments equipped with air conditioning?

Certainly. All our apartments (Studios, One-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom) are equipped with an independent air conditioning system to ensure maximum comfort.

What does the apartment kitchen include?

Our kitchens are fully equipped with kitchenware, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and, in many types, a dishwasher as well.

Is linen included in the price?

Yes, we provide bed linen and a set of bathroom towels upon arrival. Any extra changes can be requested for a small supplement.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the property, including the apartments and common areas.

LOCATION AND PARKING

Does the residence have private parking?

Yes, we have internal parking reserved for our guests, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without the stress of finding a parking space.

How far is the residence from the beach?

Residence Ondamare is located in a privileged position, just a few steps from the sea and the partner beach. You can reach the sand in just a few minutes on foot!

Do you have bicycles available?

Yes, we provide our guests with bicycles for free use (subject to availability) to explore the area and the surrounding pine forest.

PROPERTY POLICIES

Are pets allowed?

Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome! We only ask that you notify us of their presence at the time of booking. A small supplement for specific final cleaning may be required.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

To ensure a healthy environment for all guests, smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is permitted on the balconies or in open areas.

Are there any partnerships for the beach or theme parks?

Yes, we have several active partnerships with local beach clubs and amusement parks in the area. Please ask at reception to receive discount vouchers!
